The Windrock Park Trail System encompasses over 300 miles of actively managed off-highway vehicle roads and trails in East Tennessee and is located in Anderson, Campbell, Morgan and Roane Counties. Windrock Park’s Trail System is nestled within some of the most extreme mountainous terrain in the Southeast. The 72,000 acres of off-road excitement may be accessed at the Trailhead located just north of Oliver Springs, Tennessee. Thousands of adventurous off-roaders visit our park each year. The trails will accommodate all types of vehicles imaginable. ATVs, SxS, dirt bikes, mountain bikes, Jeeps/4x4s, buggies and trucks all enjoy some of the best off-roading in the country. Windrock Park is open 365 days a year. A Land Use Permit is required to enter the property and may be purchased at several locations on the property’s grounds and general vicinity.
